SPRING breaks in perthshire

Spring: the season of renewal is upon us and new growth begins as we all say goodbye to winter. The majestic scenery of Perthshire’s Highlands bursts green and tranquil from the cold drama of winter, and all is preparation for the new life that spring brings.

Here at Dunalastair we are showcasing our new eating experience: Schiehallion. The romance of the Highlands is married with the historic architecture of Scottish Baronial to give you a meal in surroundings that reflect its Victorian heyday.

During the day Dunalastair offers a plethora of outdoor activities to kick-start a healthier lifestyle, an unrivalled range of award winning Highland attractions to satisfy even the keenest culture-vulture. Then at night r-e-l-a-x in style and comfort in Schiehallion at Dunalastair: good food, great wine and superlative amber malts ~ the very ingredients of hospitality.

The Spring Break offer is based in our Blend rooms, which are excellent ‘club-class’ rooms that all have ensuite shower rooms. Dinner will be taken in our Schiehallion Restaurant. Here the local Scottish ingredients are magically transformed by our dedicated team of chefs to give a dining experience that is the talk of Perthshire, or should that be the ‘toast of Perthshire’. The cuisine is both lauded and applauded and Dunalastair is now pleased to boast the only accredited AA rosetted restaurant in Rannoch.

Our Spring Break includes:

May bank holiday weekend breaks

Forget all about the grind of the 9 to 5, or the possibility of a DIY weekend. Get away from it all and book a May Bank Holiday hotel break this year at Dunalastair.

Any two nights, per person for the whole stay:-

• Standard ensuite double or twin room, dinner bed and breakfast - £130 per person
• King size bedded room, dinner bed and breakfast - £140 per person
• Four poster room, dinner bed and breakfast - £150 per person

Enjoy a complimentary £5 drinks voucher per couple towards the purchase of a bottle of wonderful wine from our list, both nights.

Weekend extender - Stay Friday Saturday and enjoy a Sunday stay extender in your chosen room, for only £40 per person, with complimentary dinner on Sunday night.
