Whether you are with us on an overnight getaway, or a special occasion in our private Red Dining Room, our Head Chef, Kevin Easigwood, and his team of chefs will select and prepare a balanced menu using the freshest and finest ingredients that Perthshire and Scotland has to offer. We are also very fortunate to be a preferred supplier of specialist cheeses from the acclaimed Ian Mellis of Edinburgh and we also offer our cheese selection as a fourth course with a glass of our finest port.
